1. Scope

This license applies to the original source code, packaged code, user
interfaces, visual designs, written copy, documentation, brand assets, media
engine, and other original materials distributed as part of Tweet Media
Archive (the "Software"). The copyright holder of those materials is the
"Licensor."

This Software is proprietary and is not open-source software. Making source
code or a browser-installable package available for inspection does not grant
permission to reuse it.

2. Limited right to use

Subject to this license and the Tweet Media Archive Terms of Service, the
Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
non-sublicensable right to install and run an official, unmodified executable
release of the Software for your personal use or your own internal business
use.

No ownership or intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.

3. Restrictions

Unless the Licensor gives you prior written permission, you may not:

a. copy or reuse any proprietary source code, packaged code, interface,
   visual design, written copy, documentation, or brand asset, except for
   copies necessarily made to install and run an authorized release;

b. modify, translate, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or
   create derivative works from the proprietary portions of the Software;

c. publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, resell, rent, lease, white-label,
   host, or otherwise provide the Software or any proprietary portion of it
   to another person;

d. use the Software's proprietary code or assets to create, train, support,
   or operate another extension, downloader, archiving product, hosted
   service, or competing product;

e. use the Software to provide a commercial software or hosted service to
   third parties, even if the Software is modified or combined with other
   materials;

f. remove, hide, or alter any copyright, license, attribution, payment, or
   proprietary notice; or

g. help or permit another person to do any of the above.

You may link to the official Tweet Media Archive website or store listing.
You may not redistribute the extension package itself. These restrictions do
not limit a right that applicable law expressly allows despite this license.

4. Third-party components

This license applies only to original Tweet Media Archive materials. It does
not apply to third-party components distributed with the Software. Those
components remain governed by their own licenses and notices, including
ExtensionPay and hls.js. Nothing in this license removes or narrows rights
granted directly by a third-party license for a third-party component.

5. Ownership and marks

The Licensor retains all rights not expressly granted. No right to use the
Tweet Media Archive name, logo, product identity, or other marks is granted
except as necessary to identify an authorized copy of the Software.

6. Termination

Your rights under this license terminate automatically if you materially
breach it. On termination, you must stop using the Software and delete every
unauthorized copy or derivative work in your possession or control. Sections
3 through 8 survive termination.

7. Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND
"AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT,
UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, OR ERROR-FREE RESULTS.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT
BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, CONTENT, REVENUE, PROFIT, GOODWILL, OR
BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE.

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT
YOU PAID FOR TWEET MEDIA ARCHIVE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING
RISE TO THE CLAIM.

For permission to reuse, modify, distribute, license, or commercially exploit
original Tweet Media Archive materials, contact the copyright holder through
