How to use the website-support checker
- Open the homepage and expand Check website support below the download URL bar.
- Enter a site name such as Streamable, a domain such as streamable.com, or a public page URL.
- Select Check. Read the media label, last-tested date, and any guidance about the signed-in downloader.
- Return to the download form to try the link, or request review if the URL is unverified.
The checker uses a list based on completed-file tests. It does not fetch or test the page you enter. Support can change, and an unverified result means evidence is missing, not that every link from the site must fail.
What the support results mean

Sign in with a linked paid purchase to save supported media to your device, Dropbox, or Google Drive. This workflow does not use the public five-attempt allowance.
Browser extension
Use supported signed-in source pages, bookmarks, profile media, and browser saves. Its free allowance of 20 links per 30 minutes is separate from the website trial.

Questions
Does a verified website mean every link will download?
No. A verified result means a completed-file test passed for that domain on the displayed date. It is not a live test of your URL. Deleted, private, restricted, or changed pages can still fail. Check the media type and any signed-in downloader guidance.
Does checking support use a free attempt?
No. Checking stays in your browser and does not start a download, save the input, or use a trial attempt. The public homepage has five total video attempts for other websites, including YouTube, per network. Failed or cancelled attempts count once processing starts. The allowance does not reset daily.
How do I request support for an unverified website?
Check a public website URL, then click Request support for this link if it is offered. Complete the verification step and wait for confirmation. The link is submitted anonymously for review, without an account or email. Requests are kept for up to 30 days. A request does not guarantee support, a reply, or a completion date.
Can I save to Dropbox or Google Drive without the extension?
Yes. Sign in to the website with a linked paid purchase, connect Dropbox or Google Drive, choose a folder, and save a supported link. Paid website Cloud access does not consume the public five-attempt allowance. The extension remains available for supported signed-in source pages, bookmarks, and profile collections.
Why might YouTube or Threads fail?
YouTube is attempted one public video at a time through the website; channels, playlists, private videos, and sign-in-only videos are unsupported. It is not marked verified in the current checker list. Threads downloads are intermittent on Cloud, so use the browser extension for Threads.
